New Tenure Track Orientation (NTTO)

This session takes place at the beginning of fall semesters for all new faculty on the tenure-line to receive resources and tools needed to be successful in the first semester and beyond.

Scholarship & Teaching Excellence Program (STEP)

A program for new assistant professors dedicated to ensuring a solid foundation for research productivity, teaching & scholarship, awareness of university resources, and tenure & promotion process.

Changes to New Faculty Orientation (NFO)

Starting Fall 2023, Human Resources is overseeing the New Faculty Orientation (NFO). Human Resources will send all new faculty on-boarding information, including information regarding NFO for all benefits-eligible faculty, via email.
