Thank you for submitting your New Tenure-Track Orientation Registration form.
New Tenure-Track Orientation (NTTO) takes place on Tuesday, August 18th from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on the 11th floor of the JCK building. You will receive further information from our office closer to the orientation date.
You should receive information regarding New Faculty Orientation (NFO; a separate orientation on Monday, August 17th required for all benefits-eligible faculty) from Human Resources if you have not already.
Please complete the Scholarship and Teaching Excellence Program Agreement. The Scholarship and Teaching Excellence Program (STEP) provides support for tenure-track faculty during their first year at Texas State. New assistant professors at Texas State are expected to participate. Upon satisfactory completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and funding of $600 to use for approved scholarly activities.
